What is Satori Craft?
Satori Craft is a practitioner-led HR technology implementation and consulting firm with AI at the core. It implements Darwinbox, runs it after go-live through application management, builds custom integrations, and deploys governed AI agents for HR teams. It operates across Southeast Asia, India and the Middle East.
Does Satori Craft sell Darwinbox, or only implement it?
Both. Satori Craft is a Darwinbox Prime Partner and resells Darwinbox, so a company can buy its Darwinbox licences through Satori Craft. The same team then implements the platform, runs it after go-live and extends it. Satori Craft does not build an HR platform of its own: beyond the licence, what it sells is delivery.
Which HR platform does Satori Craft specialise in?
Darwinbox. Satori Craft is a Darwinbox Prime Partner and resells Darwinbox licences. Most of its delivery team is ex-Darwinbox and the team is 100% Darwinbox Academy certified, covering all 17 Darwinbox module areas.
Where does Satori Craft operate?
Across eight countries. In Southeast Asia: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Cambodia. Also India, the United Arab Emirates and Guatemala.
What services does Satori Craft offer?
Four: Darwinbox implementation, application management after go-live, AI Services for HR, and custom development and integrations. All four are delivered by the same practitioner team.
How long does a Darwinbox implementation take?
Typically three to six months for a single-entity rollout, depending on module scope and integration complexity. Multi-country engagements run longer. A milestone plan is agreed before any build starts.
What is Satori Craft's implementation methodology?
A seven-phase method: Pre-Kickoff, Inception, Elaboration, Configuration, Transition, Production and Hypercare. Every phase has defined inputs and outputs, and blueprints and integration requirements are signed off before anything is built. The governing principles are No Surprises, Sign-Off Before Build, and Built for Adoption.
Does Satori Craft support the system after go-live?
Yes, through application management services. A dedicated Darwinbox team handles day-to-day support, configuration changes, reporting, integrations and release impact, with named consultants and guaranteed response times. There are three engagement models: Manage, Navigate and Guide.
Can Satori Craft rescue a Darwinbox implementation that is already in trouble?
Yes. Mid-flight rescues are a regular part of the work. Satori Craft starts with a short paid diagnostic, usually about a week, that names what is actually broken and what is salvageable, then re-plans and takes over execution.
Can Satori Craft handle multi-country rollouts?
Yes. It has served eight countries, five of them across Southeast Asia. Local compliance and payroll contexts are handled in the blueprint rather than discovered at go-live.
Does Satori Craft build integrations and custom modules?
Yes. Payroll, finance, identity, ticketing and in-house systems are connected to Darwinbox through documented integrations, APIs and custom modules. Custom work is built only where the business case survives scrutiny, and everything is documented and owned by the client.
What AI does Satori Craft offer for HR teams?
AI Services for HR: governed AI agents for people teams, built on the product sub-brand Satori HR OS. Eight specialist agents cover recruiting, onboarding, policy questions, compensation, performance, learning and development, exit management and HR analytics, coordinated by an orchestrator. Additional agents are built to a company's own requirements.
Is it safe to use AI agents on HR data?
Access is enforced with Row-Level Security at the database rather than the application layer, so an agent can only surface data the asking user is already allowed to see. Human approval gates sit on offers, compensation, performance plans and exits. Every action is written to an append-only audit log. Satori Craft is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified.
Who are Satori Craft's clients?
Satori Craft's own clients include Kungfu Kitchen, Moder Solutions and The Table Group. Separately, its founders led Darwinbox rollouts for organisations including Tokopedia, Adani Wilmar, Arvind Group and Ujjivan Small Finance Bank while working at Darwinbox. That earlier work is founder pedigree, not Satori Craft engagements, and is always labelled as such.
Who founded Satori Craft?
Three co-founders. Ranaq Sen built the India and Southeast Asia implementation practice at Darwinbox and personally led more than 100 HRMS rollouts before serving as a CHRO. He drives and owns every implementation Satori Craft takes on, and is the person clients work with day to day. Maulik Doshi drives business growth and client care with 19 years in enterprise services. Praveen Louis owns sales and business partnerships with 26 years across enterprise delivery and sales.
Is Satori Craft certified?
Yes. Satori Craft is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified and is a Darwinbox Prime Partner. Its full-time delivery team is 100% Darwinbox Academy certified.
How does an engagement start, and what does it cost?
It starts with one conversation. Share the modules being rolled out, the entities and countries involved, and the target go-live date, and Satori Craft returns a draft phase-by-phase rollout plan plus the three risks most likely to affect that specific setup, free and yours to keep whoever you choose to implement. Pricing is scoped in that first conversation against real scope.
When is Satori Craft not the right partner?
When a company wants a software vendor rather than a services partner, or wants deep work on a platform other than Darwinbox, where Satori Craft's depth genuinely is. It stays platform-agnostic and outcome-first, and says so directly when it is not the right fit.
